Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SCM Head to lead and manage the Pan-India Supply Chain function, covering Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics and Inventory Management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Pan-India SCM operations across procurement, warehouse and logistics.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for network, infrastructure and operational requirements.
- Manage vendor selection, negotiations, contracts, cost optimisation and supplier performance.
- Oversee central and regional warehouses, inventory planning, stock accuracy and material availability.
- Manage logistics and transportation operations across India, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of materials.
- Drive inventory optimisation, demand planning and supply continuity.
- Establish SCM processes, SOPs, KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Ensure effective coordination with Finance, Network, Projects,



Operations and Business teams.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement and supply-chain efficiency.
- Lead and develop the Pan-India SCM team.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Desired Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within Broadband, Telecom, ISP or Infrastructure.
- Strong experience managing Procurement, Warehousing & Logistics at a Pan-India level.
- Proven expertise in vendor management, negotiations, inventory control and cost optimisation.
- Robust leadership, analytical, commercial and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing large teams and multi-location operations.
- Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai preferred.
