Recruitment & Client Management Objective of this role :Recruitment along with Client Management is a very objective oriented role. It enhances to create a bridge between the Clients & See & Recruits team. This position works very closely with teams and the Regional Heads as peers and thereby helping the colleagues and team for achieving the self-targets.Client Management :Participate in Client StrategyClient business mining/ wallet managementPreparing job specifications and descriptions for the vacancyQuality ManagementInterview coordination with ClientsAssisting Clients in Remuneration negotiationCandidate Sourcing/ Management (Individual Contribution)â— Understanding the requirement and be responsible for candidate sourcing using various resources/ techniques -Head hunting, job portals, personal network and existing database.â— Working on Search mandates for middle and senior management positions.â— Meeting candidates (if required)



and short listing them against requirements.â— Assisting in strategizing and closing the positions.â— Brand ambassadors to candidatesâ— Process management – MIS (call sheets)/ Reviews etcSkill set requiredGood Communication skills.Solid career-oriented mindsetGood Team PlayerHigh level of maturity & stress management capabilityAbility to work in matrix structure is preferredGrowth PathThe key factors/ skills which the role develops in an individual are team player, motivator, Client Management, Recruitment abilities.
