Job Description:
- Provide assistance to the team via Program Management on projects addressing business strategy, financial performance, annual planning, and on-going operations.
- Highlight opportunities and provide practical, action-focused recommendations.
- Developing a framework for effective standardization across different verticals.
- Managing select customer initiatives that directly impact the service delivery team.
- Ensuring that there's consistency between the various related teams in different geographies.
- Develop processes and protocols for different functional units.

*Leading cross-functional collaboration among Global Services groups while cultivating strong partnerships with program stakeholders across.

*Developing comprehensive program plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, communication strategies, and risk management, and effectively communicate program status, actions, and areas of risk with stakeholders
- Role requires 80% functional program management expertise & 20% technical program management expertise

Required Education and Experience

Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
- Relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent or
- Relevant Professional Experience
