Tenure: Up to 2 years or project duration, whichever is earlier
Job Description




This position focuses on experimental research in semiconductors and advanced materials, with emphasis on materials synthesis, characterization, and team-oriented project execution.
● Perform semiconductor and materials synthesis experiments
● Carry out data acquisition, analysis, and interpretation
● Maintain detailed laboratory records and project documentation
● Operate and maintain relevant experimental and characterization equipment
● Support the Principal Investigator (PI) in achieving project milestones
● Prepare reports, presentations, and contribute to research publications

Experience and Education
● M.Sc. in Physics or Chemistry
● Experience in semiconductors and materials synthesis
● Experience with 2D materials is preferred
● For SRF: Minimum 2 years of research experience after Master’s degree
