Job Title: Travel and Expense Analyst

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Duties:-
- Performing T&E; audits for a global process on industry-leading applications. (Sound knowledge working with Concur, Appzen preferred)
- Process global corporate card applications, Monitor delinquencies, terminations etc.
- Maintain documentation of tasks.
- Develop subject matter expertise on the line of business applications and operations to resolve operational requests effectively
- Provide data and analytics to the team for measuring performance metrics
- SME for T&E; including support issue resolution
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to resolve the issues
- Handle customer requests within the prescribed SLA.
- Work in a competitive environment, meet the KPIs
- Ensure optimal internal customer satisfaction
- Exercises independent judgment and multi-task oriented while executing tasks.
- All other tasks/responsibilities as required for the job Basic qualifications & preferred skills:
- Experience in Operational Excellence, Compliance, Internal Audit, Operational Risk etc.




- Positive hands on experience on MS-Excel
- Attention to details is must
- Excellent problem solving skills (issue identification, problem analysis, and recommendations).
- Strong verbal & written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with cross functional teams.
- Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to think through all aspects of problems and generate possible courses of action.
- Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and multiple demands.

Skills –
