8–12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years Logic Monitor

8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Monitoring, Network Monitoring, and Observability solutions.

5+ years of hands-on experience in LogicMonitor implementation, administration, and support.

Strong experience in designing, deploying, configuring, and managing LogicMonitor monitoring solutions across enterprise environments.

Expertise in LogicMonitor architecture, Collector deployment, Collector sizing, and capacity planning based on monitoring requirements.

Hands-on experience monitoring Cisco Meraki and enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.

Strong knowledge of SNMP, Syslog, TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and network performance monitoring.

Experience configuring LogicMonitor DataSources, EventSources, PropertySources, Dashboards, Reports, Alerting, and Threshold management.

Proven experience with AWS monitoring including EC2, RDS, Auto Scaling Groups, Load Balancers, CloudWatch, and related cloud services.





Hands-on experience monitoring Kubernetes (EKS), CaaS platforms, containers, nodes, pods, and cloud-native applications.

Strong understanding of cloud monitoring best practices, availability monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity management.

Experience developing and managing integrations using LogicMonitor REST APIs and custom automation solutions.

Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell.

Experience integrating LogicMonitor with ITSM, ticketing, notification, and enterprise management platforms.

Ability to independently drive end-to-end monitoring implementations, onboarding, migrations, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.

Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for monitoring, collector performance, alerting, and integration-related issues.

Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions, workshops, architecture reviews, and
