Cash Application Analyst:
- Process daily cash transactions (lockbox, checks, wire transfers, ACH deposits)
- Apply customer payments accurately in the system
- Handle customer refunds and resolve payment-related queries
- Reconcile customer accounts and general ledger entries
- Investigate and resolve unapplied or unidentified cash
- Perform write-offs, reversals, and offsets as per company policy
- Coordinate with banks, finance teams, and internal stakeholders
- Support month-end financial activities within timelines.

Shift Details
- Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (Any Degree)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of Oracle / NetSuite ERP is a plus
