Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for AD replication, authentication, and trust relationships.
- Manage Server patching and vulnerability mitigation
- Handle Windows server, AD, and domain controller upgrades
- Configure and maintain Kerberos, LDAP, and certificate services.
- Monitor and optimize AD performance using tools like Event Viewer, PowerShell scripts, and monitoring solutions.
- Provide L3 support for escalated AD issues
- Windows server roles, upgrades and features configuration
- RDS setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot complex AD issues/ AD sync issues in large-scale environments.
- Document processes,



configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills
- Robust hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and AD Sites & Services.
- Hands on experience in AD restructuring/AD Harmonization.
- Understanding of Kerberos, NTLM, and authentication protocols.
- Experience with security hardening, audit compliance, and privileged access management.
- Experience in Domain Controller migration from one data center to another
- Experience in FSMO rule migration
- Experience in PKI certificates services
- Excellent communication skills
