Pre-Production Planning
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, content strategists, producers and brand teams to understand project scope, timelines and deliverables.
- Break down scripts, treatments, mood boards, and concepts into clear production requirements including crew, equipment, locations, talent, and post-production needs.
- Prepare detailed production budgets, cost estimates, and schedules, ensuring feasibility within creative and financial constraints.
- Identify, onboard, and manage directors, DOPs, stylists, production designers, photographers, and key crew members.
- Oversee casting, location scouting, permissions, and shoot logistics in coordination with creative teams.
- Conduct pre-production meetings (PPMs) to align all creative, technical, and logistical elements.

Production Management
- Oversee all aspects of on-ground shoot execution, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and creative vision.
- Supervise crew, vendors, talent, and partners to ensure smooth coordination across departments.




- Proactively troubleshoot on-set challenges — from technical issues to last-minute creative or logistical changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company policies across all shoots.
- Act as the central point of communication between creative, brand, and production stakeholders during execution.

Budgeting & Financial Control
- Create, track, and manage production budgets, including approvals, expense tracking, reconciliations, and closure reports.
- Negotiate vendor rates, crew fees, equipment rentals, and logistics costs while maintaining production quality.
- Ensure transparent documentation for billing, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Vendor & Resource Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with production vendors, studios, equipment houses, freelancers, and creative partners.
- Oversee equipment rentals, transportation, food and beverage, accommodation (if needed), and on-ground logistics.
