Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day production operations at the bakery manufacturing plant.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are achieved.
- Monitor production processes, manpower, raw materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and minimize wastage.
- Maintain production records, reports, and operational documentation.

Candidates with relevant experience in bakery/food manufacturing production, strong process knowledge, and good team-handling skills.
