and operations - Prepare detailed SOPs, research reports, and documentation from field observations - Research vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans needed to execute different themes - Conduct online market, competitor, and industry research to spot business opportunities - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) to work faster - Collaborate directly with the founders on research, operations, business development, and strategy What We're Looking For We care about mindset over years of experience.
