Executive - HR Operations
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive - HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, employee documentation, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The candidate should be open to traveling between our branch offices in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate joining formalities, induction, background verification, and HR orientation.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR MIS with accuracy.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, reimbursements, and variable pay.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheet administration.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, salary, attendance, and leave.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters,



and experience letters.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Skilled Tax, and the Shops & Establishments Act.
- Maintain statutory records and support internal and statutory audits.
- Assist managers and partners with HR coordination and employee-related matters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisal processes, and implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
- Handle employee grievances professionally while maintaining confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a CA firm or professional services organization.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS tools.
