Key Responsibilities.

Provide L2 L3 AMS support for SAP ARIBA. Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management within SLA timelines.

Implement minor enhancements, configuration changes, and bug fixes.

Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with business users for issue clarification and solution delivery.

Maintain proper documentation and knowledge management artifacts.

Required Skills & Experience.

experience in SAP ARIBA Implementation and AMS projects.

Configure and support SAP Ariba solutions. Strong knowledge of Procurement processes.

Strong knowledge of Source to Pay S2P.

Strong knowledge of Procure to Pay P2P.

Strong knowledge of Supplier onboarding and collaboration.

Strong knowledge of Ariba Buying.

Strong knowledge of Invoicing.

Solid knowledge of Guided Buying.

Strong knowledge of Sourcing.



Strong knowledge of Contracts.

Strong knowledge of Supplier Lifecycle and Performance SLP.

Strong knowledge of SAP Business Network.

Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Collaboration.

Strong knowledge of UI Path Automation.

Experience with Ariba configuration and workflow setup.

Experience in Ariba CIG integrations. Supply Chain Collaboration optional.

Experience in incident management tools ServiceNow, etc.

Preferred Skills.

Experience in manufacturing.

Familiarity with SLA KPI driven support model.

Ability to work in global AMS delivery model onsite offshore.
