Education- Btech in civil

/n

Experience- 3-6 years of experience in project planning and controls for construction/infrastructure projects.

/n

Essential/ Key Responsibilities-

/n

/n

* Develop, maintain and control L1-L5 project schedules using Primavera P6

/n

/n

* Prepare and manage resource-loaded and cost-loaded programmes.

/n

/n

* Monitor project progress, identify deviations and analyze reasons for slippages

/n

/n

*Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to bring projects back on track.

/n

/n

* Conduct schedule risk assessment and delay analysis

/n

/n

* Coordinate with site, contracts, procurement and commercial teams for schedule alignment.

/n

/n

* Support PMO reporting with accurate forecasts and planning inputs

/n

/n





* Regularly visit project sites to validate progress and constraints

/n

/n

Operational Duties-

/n

* Update schedules based on site progress and approved changes

/n

/n

* Validate physical progress against planned activities

/n

/n

* Prepare recovery programmes and track implementation.

/n

/n

* Facilitate look-ahead planning and short-interval control.

/n

/n

* Support training and mentoring of site teams on planning tools and processes

/n

/n

* Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports and dashboards

/n

/n

* Maintain schedule documentation, baselines and change records.

/n
