Position: Cluster Manager – MBO
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Reporting To: Regional Manager – Retail
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager – MBO to manage and drive the performance of BIBA's Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) business in Ludhiana and the surrounding market.
The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales, strengthening relationships with MBO partners, ensuring product availability, improving productivity and maintaining BIBA's brand standards across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Sales Management
- Drive sales and revenue growth across the assigned MBO cluster.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the territory.
- Monitor store-wise performance, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Track key retail KPIs and ensure continuous improvement in productivity.
- Develop and execute market-specific business plans to achieve growth objectives.
- Analyse sales trends,
category performance and market opportunities.
MBO Management & Relationship Building
- Manage and strengthen relationships with MBO partners and key accounts.
- Regularly visit MBOs to understand business requirements and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure effective implementation of BIBA's business strategies across MBOs.
- Identify opportunities for expanding BIBA's presence within the assigned market.
- Coordinate with partners on stock, replenishment, schemes and commercial requirements.
Stock & Inventory Management
- Monitor stock availability and ensure optimum inventory levels across MBOs.
- Track sell-through, ageing, replenishment and stock movement.
- Identify slow-moving and non-performing inventory and take corrective measures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely stock replenishment and transfers.
- Ensure effective inventory utilisation across the cluster.
Team Management
