JD-KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Guide and manage Hardware development projects to ensure timely delivery

within budget and scope

 Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope

 Develop and implement Hardware development strategies and best practices

 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

 Ensure compliance with Hardware development standards and guidelines

 Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans

 Leads the cross functional program teams to successfully achieve the program &

business goals.

 Uses the NPI process to achieve customer deliverables, schedule, cost and

related program milestones/ objectives.

 Understand NPI process in-detail,



and drive all NPI programs as per NPI Process

 On schedule delivery of New Product meeting NPI phase gates as per

specification and On budget. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in software/ Hardware development or

related roles

 Minimum 4 years of NPI project/Program Management experience and

preferably experienced in leading globally distributed cross discipline enterprise

software / Hardware teams

 Solid knowledge of Hardware development methodologies and best practices

 Excellent guiding and communication skills
