Skill - Devops Engineer

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with solid experience in ITSM practices, Python scripting, Ansible automation, and AWS cloud services. The role focuses on building reliable infrastructure, improving system resiliency, and implementing robust disaster recovery strategies to ensure high availability and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure
- Automate configuration management and deployment processes using Ansible
- Develop and maintain scripts using Python for automation and operational efficiency
- Integrate DevOps practices with ITSM frameworks such as incident, problem, and change management
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of applications
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and conduct regular DR drills




- Improve system resiliency and fault tolerance across environments
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch
- Proficiency in Python scripting
- Experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation
- Good understanding of ITSM processes and tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices
- Experience in implementing disaster recovery and backup strategies
- Understanding of system resiliency, fault tolerance, and high availability architecture
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
