N1. Job Summary
nThe Senior Sales & Service Engineer is responsible for driving revenue growth through technical sales of pneumatic products and providing after-sales service support. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills to support clients across manufacturing industries.
N2. Key Responsibilities
NA. Sales & Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors (OEMs, end users, Dealers & distributors). N
- Promote and sell pneumatic products such as cylinders, valves, FRLs, fittings, Tubings and automation solutions. N
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. N
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations. N
- Develop robust relationships with key decision-makers and customers. N




- Handle techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and order closures. N
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. N

nB. Technical Support

- Provide pre-salestechnical consultation and product selection guidance. N
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable pneumatic solutions. N
- Assist in system designand integration of pneumatic components. N
- Coordinate with design/production teams for customized solutions. N

- Provide installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting support at customer sites. N
- Handle breakdowns, service complaints, and maintenance requirements. N
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction. N
