Job Description:

Position: Production Chemist

Location: Vapi

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities as per production plan and targets.
- Manage manpower allocation and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Monitor production processes, productivity, and machine performance.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, HACCP, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments.
- Monitor raw material and packaging material availability and consumption.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift handover documentation.
- Identify production issues, minimize downtime, and improve efficiency.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Train and guide operators on processes, safety,



and work standards.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of FMCG production processes.
- Strong manpower and shift management skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, 5S, and safety practices.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of production documentation and MS Excel.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary: - Upto 3.00 LPA
