- Preparing Patent landscape reports and IP clearance reports.
- Freedom to operate (FTO) analysis and Infringement analysis.
- Conducting periodic search for newly granted patents, published applications and regulatory exclusivities and preparing supplement reports.
- Monitoring key patent applications during prosecutions and updating the respective stakeholders.
- Carry out prior art search in various patent databases and identify novelty, inventive step and patentability.
- Patent drafting, responding to Office action communications received from IN, US and EP patent offices.
- Providing IP support to R&D;, RA, Portfolio and Business development teams.
- Responding to customer queries.
