Required Skills & Experience
· Robust hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure); multi-cloud is a plus
· Deep understanding of cloud-native security services (e.g., AWS Security Hub/GuardDuty, Azure Defender, GCP Security Command Center)
· Experience with IAM design, network security, container/Kubernetes security, and DevSecOps practices
· Proven track record of leading a team (formal or informal) — reviewing work, unblocking engineers, owning outcomes
· Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
· Experience with security tooling: SIEM, CSPM/CWPP platforms such as Wiz, vulnerability management tools
