Architectural Blueprinting: Design end-to-end Technical Reference Architectures across hybrid cloud and big data platforms (such as Azure and Cloudera) to deliver scalable, reusable Data Products optimized for high-velocity business consumption.
Framework Engineering: Blueprint reusable, scalable enterprise data frameworks covering Metadata-Driven Ingestion, Data Quality, SCD (Type 1/2) processing, and robust data security.
Semantic & API Design: Define data access patterns and mapping specifications for the Semantic Layer to feed downstream analytical tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI) and API endpoints.
Modeling Oversight & Support: Review, validate, and sign off on Conceptual, Logical, and Common Information Models (CIM), providing architectural guidance to the Data Modelers as required.
Governance Alignment: Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and IT Security working groups to design Target Operating Models (TOM) that embed automated lineage, access matrices, and data cataloging workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience 10 - 12 years
Financial Services Domain Expertise: Deep architectural experience across multiple banking and financial services domains (such as Treasury, Wealth Management, Corporate Banking, or Risk & Compliance). Must have a proven track record of handling financial data flows, multi-source system integrations, and bank-grade data security requirements.
Technical Stack Mastery: Proven experience architecting enterprise data platforms utilizing up-to-date ecosystem tools, including Azure (Synapse, Databricks, Event Hub) and Cloudera/Hadoop (Hive, Spark, Iceberg/Delta Lake).
Data Governance & Cataloging: Strong familiarity with enterprise governance suites, particularly Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), Information Governance modules, or cloud-native catalog tools.
