Duties:
- Coordinate Private training class deliveries, including gathering customer requirements, customer outreach, event coordination and logistics, ensuring quality and consistency of training events.
- Solve training class delivery issues and make contingency plans, with minimum impact on participants.
- Develop plans and new processes as the business and Learner needs evolve.
- Create and maintain Public training schedules across various geographies, languages, and delivery formats.
- Analyze data and leverage the insights to form the Public training schedule.
- Ensure that systems are up to date with information to publish offerings internally and externally.
- Solve training class delivery issues and make contingency plans, with minimum impact on participants.
- Develop plans and recent processes as the business and Customer needs evolve.
- Make Trainer staffing assignments and communicate assignments to Trainers in concert with Delivery Managers.
- Consistently maintain accuracy of data in relation to all aspects of Learning coordination such as class scheduling,



registrations, rosters, attendance, and distribution of training materials.

- Ability to learn quickly and independently.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Would need to work in Night Shifts as per business requirement
- At least 2- 4 years of professional experience.
- Experience in coordinating global training events, Services Operations, Customer service, and Human Resources.
- 2 years' experience with LMS and CRM cloud applications
