Must have minimum 4+ years of experience in DLP Solutions, good to have experience in Netskope or any equivalent SaaS based DLP.

· Should have a robust understanding on the fundamental concepts of DLP, Data Classification, Windows OS Platform.

· Should be able to understand the nature of the DLP Incidents, investigate as per bank's process and follow the DLP Incident management process.

· Reviewing of DLP incidents/alerts by severities or true/false.

· Need to have a track of DLP Incidents, should be able to escalate to next level when noticed any abnormal increase in incidents.

· Need to have understanding on the DLP agent server communication.

· Should have good understanding on the DLP agent installation process & able to troubleshoot or guide IT team if any installation issues noticed.

· Generate DLP Incidents reports & Dashboard to customer as per need.

· Health checks for DLP Platform.

· Should be able to follow the SOP documents for the DLP operations and should be able to identify/escalate if any update of steps/documentation required
