Good working knowledge of MS Excel and document management systems.

Experience in customs, import/export, supply chain, or warehouse documentation will be an added advantage

Duties:





Upload historical shipping and compliance documents into the Simpliport application.

Verify document completeness and accuracy before uploading.

Maintain a structured digital repository of all documents for easy retrieval.

Track document status and ensure timely updates in the system.

Analyze document flow and identify gaps, delays, or missing documents.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect pending documents.

Prepare periodic reports on document upload status and repository health.

Ensure compliance with document retention and audit requirements.

Support continuous improvement in documentation and digitalization processes
