Sam’s Club is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to be a part of the Technical Program Management team supporting the eCommerce and Merchandising areas from India. The Staff, Technical Program Manager leads the planning and execution of complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and managing cross-functional dependencies.

What you'll do:
- Partner with product managers, architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to define program goals,



scope, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for medium- to high-complexity initiatives.
- Build discovery and execution plans that align cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, translate product requirements into technical plans, and drive delivery of scalable, high-availability solutions.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks and issue early, and develop mitigation plans to protect quality, timelines, and business outcomes.
- Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and updates clearly to team members, peers, senior leaders, and stakeholders using the right channels for each audience.
- Drive consistency and continuous improvement across TPM practices by standardizing tools, reducing waste, identifying synergies, and applying recent technologies and methodologies where they add value.
