• Dashboarding and visualization (Grafana, Looker, Cloud Monitoring dashboards, or Kibana) for operational KPIs

• Data pipeline and query skills: SQL, BigQuery, and integrating telemetry from multiple APIs and exports

• Understanding of DORA / platform KPIs (change failure rate, MTTR, deployment frequency) and service-ownership metrics

• Familiarity with Harness pipeline data, GCP monitoring/billing APIs, and asset inventory as data sources

• Ability to design automated, low-maintenance reporting rather than manual roll-ups

• Transparent data storytelling for CIO / leadership-level audiences
