The Technical Consultant must have strong proficiency in the Korean language, including speaking, listening, and writing. In this role, they act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and issue resolution. They are responsible for leading the full lifecycle of implementations—covering Single Sign-On (SSO), SCIM provisioning, and directory integrations—across platforms such as Azure AD, Okta, and protocols like SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.

This position involves close collaboration with customer IT and security teams, as well as internal product and engineering groups, to ensure smooth execution from initial discovery through to deployment. A strong sense of ownership, effective communication, and the ability to simplify complex technical topics into transparent, business-oriented guidance are key to delivering a high-quality, white-glove customer experience.
