Description
Your Role:
As Senior Executive Vice President – Fund Accounting, you will operate in a dual-capacity leadership role, combining regional business ownership across APAC with global operations leadership spanning our Centers of Excellence in India and Manila.
You will be responsible for leading the APAC Hedge Fund business; driving performance, client outcomes, and strategic growth—while ensuring that this business is effectively enabled by a scalable, standardized, and high-performing global delivery model.
You will drive the execution of strategic initiatives through the engagement of key stakeholders across the business, running the end-to-end business with full accountability for the P&L.; This requires robust collaboration with Sales, Operations, IT, the Transformation Office, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities
Your Role:

Strategic Leadership & Business Management
- Own and drive the strategic direction of the Hedge Fund line of business across APAC, with full P&L; accountability




- Develop and translate long-term strategy into medium-term focused plans (2–4 years)
- Develop and maintain Hedge Fund KPIs, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Monitor budgets across the full span of the APAC Hedge Fund business
- Maintain oversight of financial performance, cost discipline, and operational efficiency
- Ensure the Hedge Fund product suite remains leading edge through ongoing competitor analysis and market insight
- Define strategies that effectively leverage global COE capabilities to enhance service delivery and scalability

Global Operations & COE Leadership (India & Manila)
- Provide oversight of Citco’s global delivery hubs in India and Manila, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
- Lead operations at scale, driving productivity, consistency, and quality across large, multi-location teams
- Identify and leverage AI opportunities that will influence strategies and Citco's competitive position in the
