Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IBM Cognos Analytics (10.x / 11.x).
- Administer Cognos environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).
- Manage Cognos components: Gateway, Dispatcher, Content Manager, Report Services.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance tuning.
- Handle user access, roles, security, and LDAP/Active Directory integration.
- Manage report/package deployments and environment migrations.
- Support scheduling, batch jobs, and report failures.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, DB, and ETL teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain backups, recovery procedures, and administrative documentation.
- Provide L2/L3 production support and ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Administration.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix or Windows environments.
- Working knowledge of Oracle / SQL Server / DB2 databases.
- Experience in production support and troubleshooting.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.
