KRGB - Hub - GULBARGA• Optimize training batch sizes • Ensure all costs and capital expenditure are within budgets • Achieve 15 Training Man-days per month including Training Delivery & Field Training Support activities. • Activate 80% SPs across partner Banks every month. • Ensure coverage / certification of 95% SPs for new product training programs within the specified timelines • Complete Induction Aadhar Certification for all nominated RMs and SPs – new joinees • Ensure training certification for all nominated RMs and SPs on New Products • 100% adherence of targeted ILD (instructor Lead Delivery) Training Modules nominated / scheduled including end to end management (Organize/schedule/deliver/conduct/ Report ) with in specified time lines. • Achieving FTS (Field Training Support) activities based on defined benchmarks, with targeted new / underperforming / identified RMs/SPs. • Ensure Training Feedback score of > or = 4 • Successfully complete all mandatory training modules on E-Live and assigned TTT workshops.
• Continue to cascade values & vision through various communication forums across the organization to ensure culture alignment jointly with HR • Adherence to the process with regards to Pre-Certification training for all new nominated SPs • Ensure 100% of any Audit flagged actions and obtain Satisfactory Rating • Release of Training Calendar by the last day of the month for the next month. • Ensure filing of weekly MIS on specified format every Friday. • Ensure 100% filing of PTRs within the 2 days of training • Maintain all Training Related Records/ Reports in specified formats
