What You'll Do

Technical leadership of Campaign Managed Cloud program
- Review, diagnose, make recommendations, and develop solutions for our Campaign customers using database technologies, programming languages, web technologies, and Campaign Classic knowledge - This is a hands-on technical role
- Collaborate with other consultants from Campaign, Infrastructure Ops, Engineering and other Experience Cloud software to craft solutions that increase customer retention, dedication, and experience
- Enable customers and partners on Campaign Classic standard methodologies through a combination of side-by-side mentoring, remote enablement, and delivering recommendations
- Deliver successful service reviews, health checks, and advisory services

- Ability to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience of senior technical and business executives
- Proficiency in implementing enterprise software
- Proficiency in SQL development including ETL solutions
- Proficiency in scripting/programming (JavaScript preferred)
- Familiarity with XML
- Proficiency with Adobe Campaign or other email or cross-channel marketing platforms
- Willingness to work different shifts including night shift
- Proficiency in foreign languages like Japanese & French are added advantage.
