Job Description:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience and a solid focus on user interface design, backed by solid UX fundamentals. The ideal candidate is a visual craftsperson who can turn complex enterprise problems into clean, intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces, while owning and scaling design systems that keep products consistent across teams.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable, and accessible digital experiences for web and enterprise applications. We are also looking for someone who actively uses AI tools to work faster and smarter, and who can think critically about how AI is reshaping the way products are designed and experienced.

This is an on-site role based in Pune. Candidates currently located in Pune will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

UI Design & Visual Execution
- Design pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI for web, mobile, and enterprise applications
- Apply strong visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, grid, spacing, and layout principles




- Craft polished states, micro-interactions, and responsive behaviour across breakpoints
- Own the visual quality of the product and raise the overall craft bar across screens

Design Systems & Component Libraries
- Build, scale, and maintain design systems, component libraries, and design tokens in Figma
- Define reusable components, variants, and usage guidelines that keep products consistent
- Govern the system: document standards, manage versioning, and drive adoption across teams

UX Foundations & Problem Understanding
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs, workflows, and business goals
