We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy sales and marketing professional to join our specialized Media, Entertainment & Sports (MES) insurance practice. In this role, you will drive business development, build strategic client relationships across film/OTT production houses, ad film production units, media and advertising agencies, event management firms, and sports leagues, positioning our tailored risk management solutions to key industry stakeholders.

- Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and target growth opportunities across film & ad film productions, OTT platforms, media agencies, live events, sports tournaments, and talent management firms.
- Drive end-to-end sales pipelines—from lead generation and cold outreach to client pitches, RFPs, and contract closures.
- Pitch and structure specialized insurance solutions, including Production Insurance, Event Cancellation, General Liability, Errors & Omissions (E&O;), Prize Indemnity, and Sports Personal Accident coverage.
- Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to raise brand visibility across advertising agencies, media houses, and event networks.
- Create high-impact presentation pitch decks, collateral, case studies, and proposal documents for prospective corporate clients.
