Job Summary
We are seeking a Test Manager with 15+years of experience in leading quality engineering for connected healthcare and regulated medical software. The manager will own functional, automation, performance, scalability, reliability, and release-readiness strategy across cloud-native applications,



REST and GraphQL APIs, user interfaces, microservices, medical devices, and EMR/EHR integrations. This role combines people leadership, test governance, technical direction, stakeholder management, and audit-ready verification delivery.

What you’ll be doing
- Define and continuously improve the functional, automation and performance verification strategy in alignment with product roadmaps, business priorities, regulatory commitments, and release plans.
- Lead functional, automation and performance engineers; manage capacity, hiring, onboarding, objectives, coaching, technical development, succession planning, and delivery accountability.
- Establish test governance, risk-based planning, estimation, entry and exit criteria, requirements traceability, defect management, quality metrics, dashboards, and release-readiness assessments.
- Own the roadmap and governance for reusable C#-based REST API and UI
