The UAT Analyst is responsible for validating that software applications, systems, and technology solutions meet business requirements and function as intended before deployment to production. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that end-user needs are accurately reflected in the final product within Wealth Management.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories
- Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders and end users
- Log, track, and manage defects through resolution using defect tracking tools
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and outcomes to project stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams throughout the testing lifecycle
- Maintain test documentation including execution logs, results, and sign-off artifacts
- Participate in requirements reviews to provide early input on testability and potential gaps
