ServiceNow AI Developer – MCP & Agentic Workflows

• ServiceNow Developer responsible for the configuration and development of MCP, A2A, Agentic Workflows, and Now Assist AI Control Tower. The role supports AI driven automation initiatives under the AI CoE and works closely with architects, product owners, and AI teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop MCP integrations and agentic workflows on the ServiceNow platform

• Implement and enhance Now Assist AI Control Tower capabilities

• Build AI driven workflows, automations, and assist experiences in ServiceNow

• Configure flows using Flow Designer, Workflows, and scripting.

• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of AI use cases

• Required Skills

• Robust experience with ServiceNow development and configuration

• Hands on exposure to Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence,- Agentic workflow or AI Control Tower

• Understanding of agentic workflows and AI orchestration concepts

• Experience with Flow Designer, scripting, and integrations

• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teamsF
