Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field
5+ years of product ownership, business analysis, or Salesforce platform experience
The Salesforce Product Owner leads the vision, roadmap, and backlog for Salesforce capabilities, ensuring the platform delivers measurable business value. This role partners with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and end users to translate business needs into prioritized requirements and scalable solutions across Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related integrations.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce in a business-facing or delivery role
Strong understanding of Agile, backlog management, and user story development
Ability to translate complex business needs into transparent functional requirements
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
