Job Summary
The Offshore Technical Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and driving execution of offshore migration delivery during non-U.S. business hours. This role operates as the primary point of leadership for offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment to project plans, removing blockers, and maintaining delivery momentum overnight.




This is a non-client-facing role, working in close partnership with onshore Project Managers, Architects, and Delivery Leads to execute against defined scope, timelines, and technical direction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale migration programs (tenant-to-tenant, M365, Exchange, SharePoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with runbook-driven delivery models
- Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem tools and environments
- Experience supporting onshore/offshore delivery coordination in consulting environments

Duties:
Key Responsibilities
1. Offshore Delivery Leadership (Primary Function)
- Act as the primary leader for offshore migration teams during offshore hours
- Ensure teams are aligned to:
- Daily priorities
- Sprint goals
- Migration runbooks and schedules
- Drive execution of migration activities (e.g., data migration, validation, testing cycles)
- Monitor progress against planned tasks
