Vistex Client Manager is a mid-level, client-facing role responsible for managing and developing current and existing client relationships, with a focus on driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Operating in close collaboration with Senior Account Leadership, the Client Manager will oversee multiple client programs and implementations across the assigned region.

Responsibilities:




- Manage and strengthen relationships with Sr. Manager-level stakeholders within client organizations.
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and processes, acting as a trusted advisor to address gaps through Vistex implementation services.
- Own and deliver revenue and sales targets.
- Own and negotiate customer requests, including RFI, RFQ, RFP, ROM, and SOWs up to €1.5M, while supporting the preparation of larger SOWs.
- Oversee the end-to-end client lifecycle, from successful project implementation through ongoing program optimization and extensions.
- Drive revenue retention and growth targets while identifying and implementing corrective strategies when needed.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients to expand Vistex's footprint.
- Ensure timely delivery of Purchase Orders and follow up on receivables as necessary.
