The CBG Department is engaged in providing banking solutions to the SME segment with a turnover between Rs. 10 Crs to Rs. 350 Crs. Commercial Banking business (SME) emphasizes on building and deepening banking relationships with the small and medium businesses across the country. CBG caters to serve the unique and evolving financial needs of this crucial sector of the economy with wide range of customized product offerings including working capital finance, term loans, trade products as well as other banking services like cash management, foreign exchange, salary accounts, trust services etc.
About the Role
Commercial Banking Group (CBG) Relationship Managers - Hunter will be part Commercial Banking’s front line sales team whose primary responsibility will be to acquire current customers and explore new business opportunities.



They would be responsible for sourcing SME customers for current accounts while completing the account opening procedure for large corporate customers. They are also responsible for generating leads for forex and SME loan customers.

Key Responsibilities
- To grow the Liability base of the bank by acquisition of NTB Current Accounts for Liability segment in CBG
- NTB Acquisition of CA dealing in International Trade & Forex
- Generate SME Leads for CBG Business
- Completing the account opening process as per bank guidelines
- Client servicing – Covering all their banking needs
- To conform to processes of the bank & comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations and legislation governing the Bank

QualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is:
- Education - Graduation
- Experience - Min 1-3 Years
