Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Sales Engineer to drive business development for our electrical panel solutions including control panels, MCCs, PCCs, and automation panels across industrial and process sectors. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with a consultative sales approach to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in target industries (e.g., power, chemical, pharma, OEMs, EPCs)
- Promote and sell electrical panels and related automation solutions
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical-commercial offers
- Coordinate with design and production teams for customized panel solutions
- Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product presentations
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and close orders
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports
- Build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users
