We are looking for an experienced IT Operations skilled with strong

exposure to IT Infrastructure and Digital Transformation initiatives,

preferably from Japanese-based organizations or Automotive industry companies.

Key

Experience Required:

Migration/transition

to Microsoft technologies, ERP systems, and CRM applications
- Strong application

support experience across enterprise systems
- Project

management–level exposure in:
- ERP tools
- CRM platforms
- Microsoft Power

Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)

IT Infrastructure Exposure:
- Managing network

switches (day-to-day operations)




- Infrastructure

monitoring
- SD-WAN management
- Wi-Fi device

administration
- Team management and

leadership experience
- Vendor coordination

and IT procurement management

Governance & Security Exposure:
- Acting as a point of

contact for cybersecurity
- Governance and

compliance management
- Vulnerability

tracking
- IT audits and

assessments

Additional Requirement:
- Experience

coordinating with global teams
- Exposure to structured corporate environments (preferably Japanese MNCs or Automotive

sector)
