Responsibilities • Collaborate with department managers and executives to obtain information on open roles within the business. • Listen to and understand the hiring manager's requirements for the role and the ideal candidate. • Write effective job adverts and post them on various job boards. • Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other resume databases by actively contacting relevant candidates to tell them about open positions. • Pre-screen and review incoming applicants for open positions and conduct telephone screening with them as required. • Schedule and conduct interviews with potential new candidates. Requirements • 1+ years' in sourcing experience in Bulk hiring/non IT hiring Preferable – Someone who has hired for BPO ( Voice process/Non Voice Process ) • Bachelor's degree or above • Effective communication skills both written and verbal • Able to work both independently and as part ofa

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates for consulting and Techno/ functional roles including strategy, transformation, procurement, supply chain, SAP, and data analytics.

3: Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping) to identify and engage passive talent.

4: Conduct initial outreach and screening, ensuring clear and compelling communication to attract top candidates.

4: Build and maintain solid pipelines for current and future hiring needs across consulting and functional domains.

5: Share market intelligence and competitor insights to inform hiring decisions.

6: Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in ATS platforms like Workday.

7: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
