Job Description
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a quality professional to build expertise in API laboratory operations, wet chemistry testing, GMP compliance, and analytical instrumentation while working in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. The position provides robust technical learning, cross-functional exposure,
and a clear pathway for advancement into senior analytical and quality leadership roles.
1.Daily calibration of analytical balance.
2.Daily pH calibration.
3.Daily temprature monitroing of laboratory
4.Wet chemical analysis with different instrument such as UV, FTIR, BDTD, ROI, LOD, assay by Titration & PSD.
A. Laboratory Technical Skills: Sample Preparation, Weighing and dispensing of chemicals
Solution preparation and dilution techniques,Standard and reagent preparation
pH adjustment and buffer preparation, Filtration and extraction techniques.
B. Instrument Handling: UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy), Particle Size Analyzer, Polarimeter.
C. GMP & Compliance Knowledge: (Regulatory Requirements) Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), ICH Guidelines., USFDA Regulations, EU GMP Requirements, WHO GMP Guidelines, Data Integrity Compliance (ALCOA+ principles).
