Required Skills
- Experience designing, developing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
- Recent experience implementing Dynamics 365 Online solutions.
- Deep understanding of D365 capabilities, architecture, customization, and deployment of online solutions.
- Strong experience developing and extending CRM functionality using C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining custom plugins, custom workflow assemblies, and business logic components using C# and .NET.
- Expertise in creating and consuming Web APIs, RESTful and SOAP services, including CRM integration with external systems using .NET-based integration services.
- Working experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or jQuery.
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools – Power Apps,



Power Automate, PCF Controls, and Canvas/Model-Driven Apps.
- Experience developing and deploying solutions using Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Service, etc.).
- Proficiency with Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps, or TFS.
- Strong understanding of .NET best practices, OOP, and design patterns.
- Experience with SQL Server development, including complex queries and stored procedures.
- Robust understanding of D365 CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.).
- Experience configuring CRM security roles, business units, and teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
