Responsible for working collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and with a high degree of quality

Responsibilities
- Responsible for actively engaging with cross-functional technical and product management teams to prioritize tasks/work effort by understanding scope, requirements, level of effort, and pipeline, and clarify tradeoffs when changes are made to that plan
- Create and monitor active work, backlog, priorities and risks to team members, internal and external stakeholders
- Provide advice to business partners on options to accomplish requested projects
- Manage project documentation and report on project status, backlog, and resources
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
- Implement, measure and report on key performance indicators and ensure project dashboards are up to date.
- Adhere to enterprise-wide project management methodology standards

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience




- At least 3 years experience with project coordination or management of IT and/or software development projects
- Proven track record leading agile development teams and delivering enterprise software projects on time and within budget
- Expert in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Strong technical background with ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated experience with project management tools such as Jira or MS Project and creating detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations

Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Understand fundamentals of release and change management to deliver successful projects
