The Role
The Operations Manager - Tech solutions (L2) is responsible for the technical execution and operations management. This role combines technical expertise with project leadership, focusing on technical support, deployment, and ongoing functionality. The Operations Manager - Tech solutions (L2) will ensure the team meets all deliverables, driving excellence in operations management, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and addressing technical challenges for strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
