Role: Manager– Fees & Financial Aid
We are looking for a Manager – Fees & Financial Aid to lead and manage Plaksha University's fee administration, scholarship and financial aid operations, student financing processes, and related policy implementation. The role will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, student support, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration across Admissions, Finance, Registrar, and Student Affairs functions.

Job Description
Financial Aid Management
- Oversee the end-to-end administration of institutional scholarships, financial aid, grants,



and student financing programs.
- Manage financial aid application review processes, need assessment methodologies, verification procedures, and award recommendations.
- Ensure fair, transparent, and consistent application of financial aid policies and frameworks.
- Review special cases, appeals, and exceptional circumstances, presenting recommendations to relevant committees where required.
- Develop and refine financial aid processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and student experience.

Fee Administration & Collections
- Lead fee planning, fee collection, invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliation, and refund processes across university programs.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and work closely with students and families to ensure timely fee payments.
- Design and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce payment delinquencies.
