2 – 4 years' experience

• Proficiency with Postman for API testing — structured request/response validation, test data generation, role-based access checks, and SLA timing verification.

• Experience with email QA — template render testing using Email on Acid, Litmus, or equivalent; familiarity with ESP platform testing (Zeta, Braze, Emarsys, or similar).

• Working knowledge of tag management QA — understanding what tag management systems do, how to use browser developer tools to validate tag fires, and how to read data layer objects against a specification. Experience with the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger or equivalent tag debugging tooling is strongly preferred.

• Solid understanding of agile/Scrum delivery — shift-left quality practices, sprint ceremony participation, Definition of Ready and Definition of Done as quality gates, QA sizing in sprint planning.





• Experience with Jira for defect tracking, defect lifecycle management, and sprint ticket status workflows.

• Experience testing across a multi-phase test lifecycle: QA → SIT → UAT → E2E → Production validation.

• Demonstrated experience working on a globally distributed or cross-timezone team — including a US–India GCC model, offshore delivery, or equivalent. Prior experience collaborating with remote stakeholders is strongly preferred.

• Robust written and verbal English communication skills — including the ability to write async-friendly defect reports, test status updates, and QA documentation that remote teammates can act on independently without a live call.
